If charging has stopped but the cable won’t disconnect, check if your vehicle has an emergency cable release control. For some models, locking and unlocking your vehicle may unlock the charger. If this does not work, we would recommend contacting the charge point operator for immediate help.
Contact details for EV chargers can often be found on signage at the charging location, and can also usually be found in the Zapmap app by tapping the location’s marker on the map, tapping the 'Info' tab and scrolling down to find contact details under the 'Location' heading.
