If your charging session isn't starting, we recommend using a different payment method if available, or trying a different charger if you are still unable to start charging.
These issues are often caused by technical errors or a poor network connection. Please contact our support team if you are unable to start charging sessions at multiple different locations.
If you regularly charge at remote locations, it may be worth ordering a Zapmap charging card. Our charging card doesn't rely on a mobile data connection in the same way as starting a charge through the app does, so charging sessions are less likely to fail.
