If your Zapmap charging card isn't working, first check that the charging location accepts the charging card. Compatible charging locations display an icon of the Zapmap charging card above the 'Pay' button after tapping a marker on the map.
Otherwise, if it's still not working, this may indicate a technical issue with the charger. In these circumstances, we recommend attempting to use a different payment method to begin your charging session.
