The cost of public charging primarily depends on the power rating of the charger and the method of payment. Using the price filter in our app allows you to set a maximum budget per kWh and hide chargers above your preferred price.
Generally, the faster the charge, the higher the cost per kWh:
Standard & Standard Plus (3kW – 49kW): Typically found on-street or at destinations, these are the most cost-effective public options.
Rapid & Ultra-rapid (50kW+): These high-powered chargers are designed for a quick top-up during longer journeys. Because you are paying for the convenience of speed, prices are higher.
