If you have lost or had your Charging card stolen, for security reasons, you should immediately freeze it within our app. Please email our support team who will permanently disable the card for you and explain the process to order a new card.

To freeze your card go to the Settings menu, tap "Charging card" under the "Payments" heading, and tap to toggle the "Freeze my card" option.

If you have temporarily mislaid your card you can freeze the card until you have found it, and then unfreeze it within the app. Simply follow the same steps above but instead toggle "Unfreeze my card".
